The biggest leap in product evolution came with the launch of Housing Market Ads—a global real estate advertising engine designed to place display ads across all Housing Market platforms. It was the missing link: a cost-effective way to deliver listings to over 13 million monthly property shoppers in a targeted and measurable way.
Ads are available via CPM (cost-per-thousand impressions), rotate on mobile and desktop, and can target countries, languages, and property types. With more than 196 million ad impressions monthly, Housing Market Ads quickly became the go-to solution for real estate professionals who needed international reach on a local budget.
Still Bootstrapped—and Still Growing
Unlike many of today’s tech startups, Housing Market Group grew without outside investment for nearly a decade. The company was bootstrapped and run lean by its founding team—choosing product quality and user growth over chasing rounds of funding.
Now, as we prepare to scale into new verticals (like real estate tokenization and DeFi-powered property investing), Housing Market Group is opening its doors for its first-ever external funding round.
